Amber Stone is the Office Manager at our Florida branch and the Facility billing and collections director. She has been with Substance Solutions since it’s inception. With over 15 years of experience, specializing solely in Out-of-Network behavioral health billing and collections, Amber oversees all aspects of our Facility’s Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Autumn Putnam
Director of Operations
Autumn Putnam is a billing director and senior account manager who works with Doctor groups and Toxicology Laboratories to help them maximize their insurance reimbursements.
Autumn holds an AS in Psychology and Business Management from Pellissippi State. She is currently working on her BA at Maryville College
Sherri Severa
Human Resources Manager
Sherri Severa is the HR Manager at Substance Solutions assisting all employee relations and compliance with company policies. Additionally, she handles all account receivables, payable as well as payroll. Sherri has extensive experience in Bookkeeping and as a Family Manager.When she isn’t glued to a computer screen or putting out fires, she enjoys yoga and traveling with her family.
Colleen Mullins
Executive Assistant
Prior to starting with Substance Solutions Colleen was an Administrative Assistant in Florida for 10 years to two Regional Sales Managers at PNC Investments. In addition to the Administrative tasks for both Managers she also assisted their team of 50 Investment reps. Wanting a change from the fast paced Investment world and the Florida lifestyle she decided to make a change in both aspects of her life and moved to Tennessee in 2013 and accepted a position as the Executive Assistant to CFO Todd Hasson.
Shana Boyd
Executive Assistant
Shana spent 8 years as a Senior Medicare Billing Specialist for a 76 bed skilled nursing facility. This combined with her 10 years working with an acute patient care Hospital in the following areas: Inpatient Psych and Detox Treatment administrative support, Outpatient Psych office support for multi-physician practice, Pre-certification Specialist for multi-specialty provider group; makes her an essential part of the team as Executive Assistant to CEO Laura Hasson.
